Discounted rate to 80% currently 3.29% with no fees will go up to 3.49% - still very competitive purchase or remortgage (remortgage with free legals and valuation fee refunded )
The Remortgage Special to 85% is still available but rate changing to 3 year discounted rate at 3.69% with a £499 arrangement fee.
90% discount product reduced from 4.94% down to 4.54% with £499 arrangement fee
Fixed rates – all our 3 year deals have been re priced lower than offered previously - up to 60% down to 3.69%, up to 80% now 4.29% and up to 90% at 5.29% - one thing to watch out for is that all now have a £100 booking fee to be processed at time of application.
Buy to Let – the fixed rate to 75% LTV at 5.29% remains and we are introducing a discounted rate as well at 4.79% ( a 0.5% discount from SVR) and again to 75% LTV
Lifetime Mortgages – The rate on this product has been increased to SVR i.e. 5.29% (rather than having a 0.25% discount) min age 60 and min loan £30,000
Welcome Mortgage for First time buyers( with Guarantor) up to 95% LTV rate is now 4.79% ( previously 5.29%)
