The discount product to 80% will remain but discount is being reduced to 0.5% making a rate 4.79% and a fee has been added of £699.
The discounted remortgage product to 85% @ 4.34% has been withdrawn
The discounted product to 90% @ 5.04% has been withdrawn
Fixed Rates
The 3.69% product fixed to 60% has been withdrawn
The 4.29% product fixed to 80% has been withdrawn
The 4.89% Fixed Rate for Guarantor mortgages has been withdrawn
Variable Rate Equity Release Mortgage
The 5.29% equity release product has been withdrawn
Buy To Let Product
Buy to let product will be repriced to SVR plus 0.5% i.e. 5.79% with a £995 fee
Also introducing one party to the BTL loan must earn a minimum salary of £25,000
